These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://travelhub-pro.com/ (the "Website"). The Website is intended for informational purposes for travel professionals and other B2B users.

TravelHub is a DBA (Doing Business As) of Design Tours, which handles travel operations and supplier contracts. The technology platform branded as "TravelHub" (including the software, artificial intelligence tools, databases, workflows, APIs, and infrastructure powering the B2B quoting platform) is owned and provided by Rezglo LLC.

By accessing the Website, registering for an account, or using our services, you ("User," "Agency," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Website and Platform.

Platform Terms, NDA, and Trial. Use of the B2B quoting platform is governed by the applicable Platform Terms of Service and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) presented during registration and/or use of the platform, which include provisions applicable to event-related bookings (including Formula 1 and FIFA) and the seven (7) day free trial. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the Platform Terms of Service and/or NDA for platform usage, the Platform Terms of Service and/or NDA will control with respect to platform access and use.

1. Description of Services

TravelHub provides a B2B quoting and operations platform designed for travel agencies, OTAs, and event planners. The Platform facilitates the management of complex itineraries, corporate groups, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), sporting events (including Formula 1 and FIFA), and premium travel experiences. TravelHub connects Agencies with a network of third-party Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and suppliers.

2. Corporate Structure and Agency Disclosure

  • Technology Provider: Rezglo LLC is the provider of the technology services only and is not a travel agent or service provider. Rezglo LLC is not responsible for the fulfillment, safety, availability, or quality of any travel-related services.
  • Operational Entity: Design Tours facilitates travel-related contracts and supplier management.
  • Independent Suppliers: TravelHub is not the merchant of record for third-party suppliers unless expressly stated in writing. All hotels, transporters, tour operators, and DMCs are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the delivery of their respective services.

3. Account Registration, Eligibility, Free Trial, and Billing

  • Eligibility (B2B Only): The Website and Platform are intended solely for business-to-business use by travel agencies, online travel agencies (OTAs), travel agents acting on behalf of an agency, and event planners (collectively, "B2B Customers"). By registering, you represent and warrant that you are using the Platform in a professional capacity and not as a consumer for personal travel purchases. We may request reasonable documentation to verify eligibility and may deny, suspend, or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
  • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout use of the Platform.
  • 7-Day Free Trial: TravelHub may offer a seven (7) day Free Trial. The Free Trial begins upon account creation (or as otherwise specified at sign-up). Unless you upgrade to a paid plan before the Free Trial ends, your account will automatically be canceled or deactivated at the end of the Free Trial period.
  • Plans and Pricing: If you upgrade, you authorize us (and our payment processor(s)) to charge the applicable subscription fees and taxes. The Professional plan is $19.99 per month (unless otherwise displayed at checkout). Enterprise customers may be offered Custom pricing and terms.
  • Verification: Users must complete email verification and any anti-fraud or security checks (including reCAPTCHA) required to enable registration.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and Platform—including but not limited to software code, AI algorithms, proprietary workflows, logos, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Rezglo LLC or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for internal business purposes during the term of their active subscription.

5. Platform Usage and Restrictions

Users shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to facilitate illegal activities.
  • Input false or misleading data into the quoting system.
  • Circumvent any security features or usage limits.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezglo LLC and Design Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing or availability provided by third-party DMCs and suppliers. Any disputes regarding travel service fulfillment must be resolved directly with the respective supplier.

7. Data Privacy and Audit Trail

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For legal protection and audit purposes, TravelHub records and stores:

  • User IP Address
  • Timestamp of Acceptance
  • Email Address and Company Name
  • Version of Terms and NDA accepted

8. Electronic Acceptance

By clicking "Accept," "Sign Up," or by continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You agree that this electronic acceptance has the same legal validity and effect as a handwritten signature.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications

TravelHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
