We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to a particular business or individual ("Personal Information"). Because TravelHub is a B2B platform, we primarily collect professional and business-related data.

A. Information Provided by You:

• Business Details / Account Information: Agency name (company name), professional email address, and contact person details (such as name, job title, and phone number) when you register for a Free Trial or Professional account.
• Business Profile: Agency details, address, tax identification numbers, and preferred travel niches.
• Quoting and Itinerary Request Information (B2B): Business and trip-request details you provide to request and manage complex quotes and itineraries, including for high-demand events and programs (e.g., Formula 1 packages, FIFA/major sporting events, corporate groups, and MICE), such as destinations, dates, budgets, rooming lists, service preferences, and operational requirements.
• Communication Data: Information provided when you contact our support team or request a demo.
• Passenger/Client Data: If you use the Platform to manage quotes for your clients, you may input data regarding third-party travelers (e.g., names, preferences, itinerary details). You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients to provide this data to us.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and User Agent strings.
• Usage Behavior via Cookies and Similar Technologies: Details of your interactions with the Platform and website, including pages/screens viewed, features used, quotes generated, clicks, referring/exit pages, and time spent on modules (collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies, where permitted).
• Log Data / Audit Trail Data: In accordance with our security and audit protocols, we log and store IP address, timestamps (including login activity), and acceptance records for legal agreements, including the applicable document version.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Quote Management / Platform Functionality: To provide quote management, facilitate B2B quoting, manage complex itineraries (MICE, F1, sporting events), and connect agencies with DMC operators.
• Facilitate Communication With DMC Operators: To route quote requests, clarifications, operational messages, and booking-related communications between agencies and trusted DMC partners as needed to fulfill your requests.
• AI and Automation: To power and improve our AI-assisted workflows, improving the speed, quality, and efficiency of travel quoting and operational management.
• Communications: To send platform updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
• Billing and Verification: To process subscriptions, manage subscriptions, process payments through our billing page, and verify account status following the 7-day Free Trial.
• Security and Audit: To maintain an audit trail of legal acceptance (IP address, timestamp, and versioning) and prevent fraudulent activity.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Trusted DMC Partners (As Needed): To process travel quotes and bookings, we share relevant data with our network of trusted DMC operators and suppliers only as needed to fulfill your request (for example, Design Tours and other partners in our network).
• Corporate Structure / Role-Based Processing: Data may be accessed and processed by Rezglo LLC in its capacity as the Platform technology provider (e.g., hosting, software operations, security, and maintenance) and by Design Tours d/b/a TravelHub in its capacity as operational manager (e.g., coordinating quotes and operations with DMCs/suppliers and supporting fulfillment communications).
• Infrastructure and Service Providers: Technical data (and limited business data as necessary) may be processed by third-party infrastructure and service providers that support our Platform, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and customer support services.
• Integrations: When you utilize platform integrations (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), relevant data is exchanged to facilitate real-time booking and inventory management.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, we may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of TravelHub and its users.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures designed to protect B2B data and Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

TravelHub operates globally, with a focus on Latin America and the United States. Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state or country where data protection laws may differ. By using the Platform, you consent to these transfers.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If a Free Trial is not converted to a paid subscription within 7 days, we reserve the right to deactivate the account and delete associated data (including quote/workspace content), while retaining limited records as necessary to comply with legal, security, and audit obligations (including electronic acceptance logs such as IP address, timestamp, and document version).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Update your information directly within the Platform (where available).
• Request account deletion and/or deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual retention requirements).
• Opt-out of marketing communications.

Our Platform connects with third-party suppliers (hotels, transporters, DMCs). These third parties are independent controllers of your data. TravelHub and Rezglo LLC are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external entities.

By clicking "Accept" during the registration process or by continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

For security, legal protection, and compliance purposes, TravelHub maintains an audit trail and records the following data at the time of acceptance (and may also record similar data for certain security-relevant actions such as logins):

• Email Address
• Timestamp (Date and Time)
• Document Version (v1.0) (or other applicable version)
• IP Address
• User Agent

These records are used to support our electronic acceptance framework (including electronic signatures/click-to-accept processes) and serve as binding evidence of your consent to our data practices and support our security and legal compliance framework.
